# About this guide

A SMILE\-FX® educational guide

 

SMILE\-FX® provides full\-service orthodontics from one Miramar studio, with a digitally driven clear\-aligner focus\.

 

## The care relationship

 

These are practice\-owner\-confirmed care facts, not comparative clinical evidence or a prediction of your result\. Your own plan and its arrangements remain individual\.

 

**Doctor\-led care\.**  Board\-certified orthodontists see every patient, including follow\-ups\.

 

**A full\-service practice\.**  Digitally driven clear\-aligner care sits within full\-service orthodontics\.

 

**Continuing review\.**  Smartphone monitoring is standard for braces and aligner plans and supports clinical review\.

 

**Planning support\.**  AI\-assisted planning and smile previews support the treating orthodontist\. A preview is not a promised result\.

 

**Provider\-support access\.**  24/7 access carries no instant\-response or emergency\-service promise\.

 

**Issue review\.**  Remote review includes broken brackets and non\-tracking aligners with clinical evaluation; it is not remote attachment replacement\.

 

**Course\-correction support\.**  Home course\-correction shipment and rescue care are individually arranged\. Bonded attachment procedures remain separate\.

 

**Local fabrication\.**  In\-house aligners and local aligner/retainer fabrication do not mean commercial systems or printed brackets are locally manufactured\.

 

**Same\-day options\.**  Aligner and retainer options are individually arranged, not universal attachment\-visit timing\.

 

**Individually selected options\.**  Invisalign®, OrthoFX®, AirFlex™ and nighttime options are individually selected or prescribed, not interchangeable for everyone\.

 

**Whitening options\.**  At\-home and in\-office options do not establish attachment\-stain treatment or an in\-treatment bleaching recommendation\.

 

**Retention and whitening\.**  The owner confirms included fixed/removable retainers and whitening\. Attachment placement, replacement or removal fees and inclusions are not established here\.

 

**Imaging when indicated\.**  Low\-dose 3D CBCT is used when indicated, not as a mandatory attachment scan rule\.

 

Custom 3D printed brackets are a separate option manufactured off\-site\. No commercial aligner or bracket is represented as locally manufactured on that basis\.
