Appearance and planned arrangements
The AAO's 2024 consent template describes tooth-coloured attachments as discreet, not invisible. They may be on front teeth, and arrangements may change during treatment. Teeth, attachments and trays can stain.
Read a reported change
“The attachment changed colour” reports appearance of the bonded feature, not a planned addition or removal. That observation establishes neither cause nor a whitening need.
